Coverage

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the product with a new unit at no cost. - Years 2–5
Products are eligible for free repair service for defects in materials or workmanship.
If the product cannot be repaired, an equivalent replacement may be offered at our discretion. - Years 6–10
We continue to support the product with paid repair service.
Parts and labor will be charged at a standard service rate. If repair is not possible, we will discuss replacement options with you.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
