Warranty Policy

Zentinel Defense Limited Warranty

Zentinel Defense stands behind the quality and durability of all products officially sold by the company. This warranty applies to both original purchasers and subsequent owners, including products resold on the secondary market.

Warranty Coverage Period

The warranty period begins on the date the product SKU is shipped from Zentinel Defense.

  • Within 1 Year of Initial Sale
    Eligible products will receive free replacement service.

  • After 1 Year and Within 10 Years of Initial Sale
    Eligible products will receive:

    • Repair service at cost price, or

    • Discounted replacement service at Zentinel Defense’s discretion.

Covered Defects

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, including but not limited to:

  • Component failure

  • Optic failing to power on

  • Loss of zero within rated shock tolerance

  • Inability to zero

  • Button or control malfunction

  • Functional defects

  • Rail clamp thread stripping under normal use

  • Missing or non-functioning features as advertised

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Zentinel Defense.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional abuse

  • Cosmetic damage resulting from drop tests or impact tests

  • Cracked, chipped, or shattered lenses

  • Damage resulting from use outside rated operating environments

  • Evidence of tampering, unauthorized modification, or deliberate damage

  • Normal wear and tear

Shipping & Return Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty evaluation or service.

Zentinel Defense will determine whether repair or replacement qualifies under warranty after inspection. Return shipping costs after service may vary depending on region and case circumstances.

Additional Terms

  • Warranty service eligibility is subject to inspection and approval.

  • Zentinel Defense reserves the right to repair or replace products at its discretion.

  • This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages where prohibited by law.
